About CISOC-VI
6th China–Italy Symposium on Organic Chemistry
-------
The CISOC-VI (China–Italy Symposium on Organic Chemistry) is an international scientific meeting jointly organized by the Division of Organic Chemistry of the Italian Chemical Society (SCI) and the Organic Chemistry community of the Chinese Chemical Society.
This sixth edition of the symposium continues the long-standing bilateral tradition aimed at strengthening scientific collaboration and fostering exchange between the Italian and Chinese organic chemistry communities.
CISOC-VI will be held in Italy, in Perugia, May 11 and May 12, 2026.
The symposium will bring together leading scientists from both countries to share recent advances, discuss emerging research directions, and promote new collaborative opportunities.
The scientific program will feature:
- 40 invited speakers, equally selected by the Italian and Chinese Chemical Societies, who will present the results of their most recent research.
- A poster session dedicated to young researchers, including PhD students and postdoctoral fellows.
- A series of flash presentations associated with the poster session, offering early-career scientists the opportunity to highlight their work to a broad international audience.
CISOC-VI aims to provide a stimulating forum for scientific discussion, networking, and the development of future collaborations in the field of organic chemistry.
